The delivery team called ahead before arriving, carried the table up to my apartment, carefully unpacked it, and set it exactly where I wanted it in the room. They even took all the packaging with them, so there was no cardboard or wrapping left for me to deal with. The side table arrived in perfect condition, with no scratches or damage at all. It did take a little while to get here, but I expected that. Overall, the delivery experience felt very professional and totally worth it

I ordered a custom lamp from Artemest and was a little nervous since I changed both the color and size. At the beginning, I did feel a bit dismissed when I asked a couple of detailed questions, like they were giving me quick answers without really understanding what I was worried about. But after that, their team got more helpful, replied quickly, and sent clear updates, so the whole process ended up being smoother than I expected.

My vase showed up today and I love it. You can tell it wasnt just mass made in some factory. There are a few tiny uneven details here and there, but thats actually what makes it feel handmade and really genuine
